WHO IS MATT POECHMAN?
Former Law Enforcement Officer (17 years), Real Estate Investor, and First Responder Wealth Coach.
I spent nearly two decades serving my community. only to find myself 60k in debt, exhausted, and only a small retirement ready for me when I was finished. I loved the work I did but I didn't want my family to worry about me risking my life to keep working in it after I retired.
There had to be a better way and most traditional savings and wealth building strategies required too much time and effort that I just didn't have at the end of my shift. Until I discovered a way to do real estate that doesn't require huge amounts of hours or capital to make it work.
In just a few short years, I built an $8M+ portfolio and gained the financial freedom to retire early and pursue my true purpose.
